Groene Appel Siem de Zeeuw heading into a key series of competitions

Siem de Zeeuw is the first swimmer to join Reggeborgh Foundation’s Groene Appels programme. At the KNZB Swimming Academy in Amsterdam, he works daily on improving his performance in the 50- and 100-metre freestyle events.

There are some exciting challenges on the horizon over the coming months. From 9 to 11 October, Siem will be competing in an international tournament in Saint-Dizier, France. This will be followed by the Dutch Championships and World Championship trials in Rotterdam from 22 to 25 October.
