At Reggeborgh Foundation, in collaboration with the Rare Diseases Fund (ZZF), we support research into rare diseases. On this occasion, we are contributing to two studies into galactosaemia and vanishing white matter: two rare, life-threatening diseases on which research is still limited.
It is precisely in these areas that research can make a significant difference. It offers the prospect of new treatments and brings answers closer to patients and families who have sometimes been waiting for them for years.
Behind every piece of research lies a story. A disease. A life.
Over the coming months, we will be sharing one research project each month that has been made possible by the collaboration between the Rare Diseases Fund and Reggeborgh Foundation.
