Reggeborgh speed skating team volunteers at Stichting Manege Onder De Linde
Tim Prins and Antoinette Rijpma-De Jong were in Beetsterzwaag in Friesland to give children and volunteers an unforgettable day. Manege Onder de Linde provides riding lessons for people with disabilities. They come here every week to ride horses and go on outdoor rides in the beautiful wooded surroundings with their favourite horses.
Tim: ‘What really stays with you is the look on the children's faces when they forget for a moment that they are in a wheelchair and can just feel free. They beam when they are on their horses. So it's really wonderful to be able to help with this and take some of the pressure off the volunteers who do this every day.’
